Pros

Really nice employees, helpful and having each other backs

Cons

- A lot of unpaid overtime. Paid working hours are 8.30 / 17h30. Employee are to be present at 8 and often finish after 7, sometimes it goes to 9/10 PM ! You don't catch up overtime (Meaning no early leave on slow day). If there isn't any customer, staff will have you attend meetings, or doing additional work (eg:Emailing for hours) - The company advertise available bonuses. But those aren't available before 2/3 months, and one mistake can pretty much void any bonus you earned before.

Good exposure, Multinational environment, Average salary

Cons

Too many things centralized hence local staff suffer as central teams are too rigid to work with benefits and environments for local staff. Especially HR teams
