Pros

Cheap labors here with minimal benefits and voices are ignored.

Cons

Benefits has been cut since year 2020 even the company is doing well. Employees don't feel care/concern from HR, staffs in this country are like orphans. Management are working to please their superiors and don't care of the subordinates. Feedbacks from employees are not being cared. Old management team refused changes, all suggestion rejected straight away before any discussion. Before meeting with HR teams, employees were being advised not to complain, but just appreciate and accept what we have now.

Pros

Salary, but you can find it better in Frankfurt. And that's all about it.

Cons

- Management is not aware about Business - Stress level is very high - No recognition for good employees - Management focus on politics and favors exchanges instead of business - Demotivated team - Racist enviroment During my time at TE Germany, I could see how different the culture is from USA. There is no career plan to the employees. The managers often put employees of a certain speciality to do a dumb job. A very clear case for me was the specialist for Testing Systems being moved to a position where all he does is paper work, while the company struggles to validate their products. In the year 2020, many of the top employees asked to leave in the "Volutary resignation program". They got about 5 times more people wanting to leave than actually was allowed. That sent a strong message about how bad the people management have been. Today they are struggling to fill the gaps they let open with the exit of good brains, while doing the same mistakes from the past over and over again.
