      Pros

      Floor operators and the very few individuals who care about the operators are nice, friendly, and supportive.

      Cons

      Manager "gaslights" strong contributors. "Passing the Buck" is the motive, even for known & ongoing safety issues. Unethical documentation is a norm to hide mistakes.

      TE is often willing to pay higher than the going salary for similar positions compared to other companies in the same region.

      Cons

      They will get their monies worth and turn up the speed of the treadmill till either they work you sick or you fall off the treadmill ; and if/when you recognize that fact - they will just lay you off without missing a beat.
