Pros

Great benefits, pto, phone benefits, etc. Some stores look great.

Cons

District Manager showed little respect or support. He also mislead me in my role and what to expect at my store. Regional Vice President never responded back to my concerns. HR's main objective is to cover for the senior management and is not an employee advocate. Employees are encouraged to lie to HR about their supervisors in order to save themselves from termination for poor performance. White males, watch out!! The company misrepresents the "pros" for being taken over by AT&T. Watch out if you are a Store Manager you may be gone before the buyout so they don't have to pay severance.

Pros

Health Care Benefits, PTO, Tuition Reimbursement. Employee Phone plan. You do get to meet some really great people that work within the company.

Cons

Politics: you have to make friends with the right people in order to get ahead Fake environment, they say that you can be open and honest but the minute you are you are marked as a target and will probably be fired for something simple Human Resources is always on the side of upper management. they rarely look at the big picture when it comes to frontline concerns and claims of favoritism Upper management will keep you in the dark about important issues that affect employees. This creates an overall distrust between upper management and the frontline Hours have been cut so far back in stores that it is difficult for management to get anything done because we now also have to be sales reps.
