Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to go outside of your scope of support to assist a customer and how did you resolve the issue?
The process started with a phone call from a recruiter who walked me through the role and next steps. After that, I had one technical interview with a senior manager at T-Mobile. The questions were straightforward and the manager was very approachable, which made the whole thing feel more like a conversation than a formal interview. It wasn't overly difficult and I walked away feeling good about the experience.
