Pros

Career Opportunities for advancement are very good for those employees with a pro-team attitude. The management is hard driving with results and timelines used as a measuring tool for success. The company pays well for success and a job well done. I felt employee morale was good while I was employed with the company. What more can I say about the position, I loved my job at the company and I left for personal reasons that had nothing to due with the job or company.

Cons

Long hours and time lines are not missed

Pros

Overall nice people to work with. There seems to be some upward mobility if you are in the right team and get along with the right people(could be seen as a negative though). Good benefits and the company is generous when it comes to out of work activities(lunches, sodas, etc). Your work regularly gets exposure to upper management.

Cons

It is operating in a very competitive industry where companies are competing on price. Not exactly considered a market leader so moving to other industries might not be as easy as if you worked for AT&T or Verizon.

Pros

T-Mobile has great benefits and above average pay for Springfield, Missouri. You may dress pretty much any way you want which becomes rather sickening when people wear their pajamas and such. It's a very unprofessional atmosphere, but a good place to work if you don't like to look nice every day.

Cons

Many of the team leaders and members of management have poor grammer and act unprofessional. It's hard not to just laugh out loud at some of the yokels in management positions. Customer Care Reps have to hurry through calls to keep call handling times low so customers get unsatisfactory service and have to call back in. Working there was an overall nightmare.
