Pros

Good benefits and Competitive pay Many great people from management down to front line reps

Cons

never ending re-orgs and layoffs since 2020 merger with Sprint (been apprx 2 a year) "Employee first" culture the Senior Lead Team/Executives preach does not match their actions. An unbelievable amount of employee talent has been laid-off over last 3 years, regardless to performance, contributions, work ethic. C-suite just sees non-executive level employees as cogs Poor work/life balance

Pros

Employee phone line discount is 75% (you pay 25%) For salaried employees, the estimated annual bonus is 15% of your base salary

Cons

Mandatory RTO with badge in counting. CEO isn't a leader, and he's making changes to the company that are detrimental to the customers and employees.

Horrible CEO Mike Sievert

Pros

None horrible company do not recommend working here.

Cons

This company has gone down hill. The current CEO Mike Sievert is out of touch with reality and treats employees horribly. He is forcing employees to vaccinate or be fired. Employees all over the company have raised concern and he does not care. I used to be proud to work for this company, now I’m ashamed. He has broken trust with employees and damaged the company culture. It is downright unethical what this company is doing, they are overstepping and asking beyond personal medical records from employees who request exemption from vaccination. They are questioning people’s religious beliefs and denying almost all accommodation requests. People have the right to choose what’s right for their healthcare and have genuine concerns and this company has given them an ultimatum to vaccinate or be fired. And the company is not taking any liability if there is side effects even for those with health conditions. John Legere was such a great CEO and cared about employees, since he left the company has gone down hill with Mike Sievert as CEO. I would not recommend working for this company. Also, for retail they don’t require vaccine for store employees but do require vaccination for store management. Makes no sense. This company discriminates and has horrible executive leadership.
