You have a semi decent job depending on the level you're at

Disorganized company, constantly changing objectives, no real continuity in leadership. One day they are driven by accountants and just are concerned about the bottom line, the next they are worried about operations and safety. The everyone really doesn't know what the driving factor is behind the company. Oh and they take forever to pay if you get a raise. I got a raise in July of 2018, it wasn't reflected in my paycheck until February of 2019. Then they also paid my retro as a lump sum, and I got screwed on taxes. So that was nice, that happened to me 3 times while with the company.

Pros

Its a great job if you can put with two faced supervisors and management. Some supervisors make the job enjoyable but unfortunately with good supervisors leaving because the bad ones suck up to management. If you lijjed being MICRO MANAGED you will love it !!!!!

Cons

Don't trust them, back stabbing supervisors who think the company will fall over without them. As swissport is a revolving door because of bad management and two faced supervisors the hours will be good at the start when training and then after that you become a bottom feeder.
