Pros

Free parking, some good people there holding the place together, just barely.

Cons

Unorganised, untrained, crap hourly rate, expect everything and demand everything and give you nothing but an hourly rate of pay. Mangement have their head in the clouds, the talk a good talk but deliver on nothing, no training structure really in place, they have limited amount of qualified trainers. They hire non-stop, turnover is so high, if you go away for a holiday and on your return there is so many new staff, you think that your the new guy. Leading hands are kids given the role as they have no one else, it is amazing there has not been a major incident with this company to date.

They have no care for workers I filed a sexual harassment complaint and they said “at the end of the day we have a job to do so we can’t do anything” Pay was very low for a physical job Management was horrible and so everyone has moved on to dnata or left elsewhere They say it’s free parking but it actually gets deducted from our hourly rate I requested an interview with HR on my resignation and instead they gave me my payout right after and ignored my exit interview request

Cons

Horrible pay. Way horrible management. Loads of favouritism and biased. Hard work isn't appreciated but rather being b!tchy and gossiping helps make brownie points with the manager
