Pros

Always looking to hire "great" people. Perfect for students. Perfect as a stepping stone for those who want to work directly with an airline. Flexible schedule, can work two shifts a day, but still be called part time. Work with different airlines, different Teams have different opportunities.

Cons

7 points and you are fired, doesn't matter if you were the best employee ever. No direct supervision from employer results in hard work wasted. HR and management is too comfortable in their position to judge fairly and to give you placement where you work best.

Pros

Cheaper executive lounge tickets, free parking whilst on holiday in silver zone, people you work with are friendly.

Cons

Do not pay us correctly. Do not care about the staff, we are just a number not a human. New staff in the agency get paid more than permanent staff. Easyjet staff get paid more that mainline staff but they do the same job, unfair. Can not grow within the company.

Since 2015 we have changed a lot of policies and Standard Operating Procedures in regards to employee relations and the Airport Operation. We have introduced supervisory and management improvement courses which are making a great difference to the every day communication between management and employees not only at this airport but throughout the network

Pros

Meeting new people at work everyday.

Cons

EVERYTHING! This is the worst company ever, and their management for the Korean Airlines desk at Dulles is laughable AT BEST! First, its extremely clique-ish....so immature, unprofessional managers rise from this cesspool of sad, misguided, unprofessionalism to become no less than sad, ineffective, unprofessional managers who protect and defend their favorites and create a hostile work environment for those who don't fit into their protected class of misfits. Also, the training program for new agents is, well....IT JUST ISN'T! Managers actually tell you to "figure it out for yourself," or "this isn't the right job for you.....you're too educated." Well, if being "educated" means professionalism and identifying gaps (or in this case a complete ABSENCE of professionalism or training), then yes....perhaps I am. This is truly a hostile work environment and the saddest part is...they expect people to accept it, ALL FOR THE SUM OF $11/HOUR. I highly discourage anyone from working at this company, or from any other company from contracting their services!!! The word "BAD" does not do the Korean Airline aspect of Swissport justice....its TERRIBLE!
