      Pros

      Great experience. Been envolve and see the back stage of the airplane. Amazing. I love my job 5 years done now

      Cons

      Have to work with manager, sister of manager sister in law cousin etc etc all family working together in office . They demand doing what they want, make rules and treat the employees like a animals . Someone need to stop with that.

      Pros

      Good if you want to learn the airport industry as a short term job before moving on.

      Cons

      Staff are seen as a number and not as a person. Management don't care about service levels and it shows and this tralsates down on to the staff which in turn give poor service. After working in this industry for over 20 years I can honestly say that swissport manchester has to be the most poorly run and disorganised I've seen. Management are corrupt and protect certain staff members.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. It is good company to work if you are parent and if you don't want to improve in your position.

      Cons

      I don't think that Swissport cares about its employees as much as they should. They do not appreciate experienced staff members. Also they don't provide good leadership training for the management.
