There really aren't any pros to working for this company bar having a job

Invisiblity of night shift to management , abysmal conditions for downtime , low pay , no enhancement for extra hours ,

Thank you for your comments. We have an active project looking at "Rest Areas" for employees and set aside budget to make improvements on this matter. We are also investing heavily in Management Performance enhancing training and coaching including Active Supervision and Active Leadership courses. I will pass these comments on to the senior management at NCL and have them look at ways to improve the local management cover outwith the Monday - Friday 9-5 times. We are a company who pride the fact that we are available to our customers and colleagues 24/7. thanks again for the constructive comments John Lamond

Low pay Crappy Management You can NOT use your flight benefits unless your pretty much going on vacation after 1 year to 2 years.
