Bad communication, send same person for fueling flights while others just watching tv in break room, poor pay, uniform delay, workers come late with no write ups, life insurance sucks

It’s really odd to be the face of an airline but you can’t fly on them as their crew can. You get kind of discount but not much like the crew does. You will get yelled at for things that are not your fault which is normal for any airline but to not be able to fly on that airline for free after being yelled that is very strange to me! Some managers play favorites. I suppose that is human nature though, but some agents get away with anything while others have to be strictly compliant. There is Swissport training and once out of Swissport training there is airline training. I got trained by someone in my own Swissport class who had no experience. That’s kind of backwards. It’s great industry experience though
