Pros

You get a decent wage as either full time or part time. Nice and easy hour, laid back work enviroment because we rarely get customers on weekdays so you just talk to your coworkers.

Cons

The company doesn't care about it's employees. I had my store manager literally tell me that he doesn't care about any of us as people and all that he cares about is that the store is making money. The DM is also the same, she fired ~5 people at another location on the same day because she didn't see them fit at Swatch. At my store, an employee that has been with us for 5 years and they wanted to get rid of her but couldnt find a reason to. We were short one night on the register by less than a dollar and she was fired immediately. My store manager also got mad at me for being available for only 3-4 days a week because I'm a college student.

Pros

Contribution to Medical insurance (the only true pro). Best experience to learn how to handle strong egos.

Cons

Salaries (way under industry and location standards). No evolution possible. The rare evolution opportunities are either friendship based or on how long you have been in the company but rarely on your competencies. If you are ambitious this is the wrong place for you. Mess management, all of the work done is constantly under stress because no one knows what to do and when to do it. Everything is done late. Total lack of direction, management, time management, prioritizing, aso. Very high employee turnover.
