Pros

Hours and my location were the only advantages. Information and training on their products were very good. If you like plastic watches, you get a 40% discount on them.

Cons

A really understandable high turnover of staff. I had a horrible Incompetent store manager, that had no idea about running anything, let alone a small single counter, they were employed to manage. it really spoilt it for everyone working there. I was not paid my commissions and had to chase up pay. I was always on my own, as they refused to have more staff to cover. I always went on my lunch break 1.5 hours before my finish time... One employee had been working for them for 7 years and never got past the selling floor. Seriously, if you can sell, take time to research the company you decide to work for and don't waste your time on companies that are only interested in what they can take from you

Pros

- if you don't want to grow your career work here.

Cons

- you don't matter as an a person here - your options will never be listened too. - Switzerland is where this company is based out of. They don't want to work with you, they just want you to do what you are told and not have an option - we were given 3 extra PTO days, then had them taken away for no reason - all promise but no actions on positive change

Pros

Some projects are, on the paper, exciting. The problem is that they are managed so badly that, at the end, they lose every interest.

Cons

If you are a woman, do not even think about joining. The company belief is that males are naturally superior to females and should, therefore, dominate the most important areas. The concept of "equal opportunity employer" has not arrived yet here.
