Pros

Free watches, not micromanaged by upper management as much as other companies, fun sales meeting trips with other management members, pretty easy operations.

Cons

Unlawful and unethical behavior from upper management and they terminate consistently with no cause. Very outdated operational policys and IT Equipment. Very low pay rates for all positions.

Pros

Absolutely none unless you are allowed to hire your own people and are buddies with all the people in Weehawken.

Cons

Where do I start? Guilt trip you into everything. Not only do they over work you and give you no credit. Too demanding. If you are 26% over your goal, you dont get "GOOD JOB" But you get "Why didnt you make it 30%?". When you dont make goal, they drive you into the ground. They hire you to do a job and dont let you do it. They hire incompetent District Managers... especially California mgrs. THE WORST! Hired a DM then had a Store Manager teach them their job. Wont let you take time off even when it is needed. Will cheat you out of your bonus time in and time out again. Theft accusations made by DMs are unfounded and without merit, based on 'guesses'. Even if you make them a boatload of money they will fire you within the month/year. Worst company ever and I would steer clear. NO COMMON SENSE HERE! New DM fired the BEST Store manager in the district due to personal vendetta. As soon as I can get out, I am!

Pros

some brands are still interesting but...till when?

Cons

The swatch group is clearly facing huge problems, and the profit warning of july 2016 is a clear confirmation. the shares (UHR) lost 50% since january 2014. When a multinational company is handled like a bakery at the corner of the street, with no strategy, no vision and no management, you can expect only this. The atmosphere is oppressive and old style. the employees are kept under control in every possible way, even when they surf on the internet. In conclusion...be careful! the company is bleeding profits and they have no clue about how to handle their financial situation. sooner or later they will start downsizing
