Beautiful product, nice dealing with pleasant customers, pay is good, great company history makes it very motivating to work for.

Cons

My experience made the company appear awful at dealing with bullying - a girl in my team made my life a living hell, I still think about how hard she made my life to this day. From comments about my weight, to shouting at me in front of customers. Though this was not the fault of the company, I spoke to HR, and higher management, numerous times, and was made to feel as though it was my fault and as though I was a “troublemaker” for bringing it to light. I dealt with this for a year until it was too much to handle, and I had to quit. Poor attitude to sickness and mental health. Knocked my confidence a great deal.

At Swarovski, we take bullying and work place harassment very seriously, addressing concerns and situations with complete confidentially and immediate resolve. Our employees attend a series of Workplace Harassment trainings and on-going guidance is provided should any incidents occur. To that, Store Management, Human Resources, and an anonymous Hot Line is available to report any work place situation. Our goal is to ensure all employees feel safe and secure at all times; should resolve not be met, we have an escalation process in place that can provide additional support. We appreciate your insight and please know that your comments have been shared with Sr. Management and Human Resources.
