Amazing company as far as non luxury goes. Great vacation and time of benefits, a very European company in that sense. Incredible health insurance. New, more approachable dresscode. Tons of success stories of promoting from within.

Cons

Upper management seems clique-y (long time managers as well), promotions can end up being better than employee discount.
