Pros

Beautiful product, great discounts available, structure and dependency in head office. Monthly store bonuses for team achieving joint sales targets - split by hours worked.

Cons

My only cons were the store team; specifically the store manager I worked with. Refused accountability and no sense of urgency or responsibility for the team. Sales focused - if you don't enjoy that, or need proper commission to motivate you to sell, it's not the place for you.
