Good benefits eg :incentives, commissions, store in charge very helpful. Slow pace work environment.

Cons

Senior sales consultant not very helpful. Ignores when clearly newbie need help. 1 senior guy very Impatient to teach newbie. Teach verbally once or twice expect to remember all at once . Gets annoyed and negative comments when newbie asked to avoid mistakes. Reapproach in a harsh way. This is toxic and leave newbie feeling not included in a team.
