We are however sorry to read that you list as a Con “No Respect from the Company cooperate”. Please note we take feedback from former and current employees seriously and will be sharing your feedback with upper management. In addition this year we have already implemented many changes to improve our communication with the stores, thru enhancements to Coco – our retail communication program, employee townhalls, the role out in our retail stores of GROM (Global Retail Operation Model) to ensure we are providing a standardization of how we communicate and run our stores. As many of these changes come from feedback on store visits, we will also continue to seek feedback from our sales consultants and store management during store visits.
