As many of these changes come from feedback on store visits, we will also continue to seek feedback from our sales consultants and store management during store visits. Pros

The training material and tools available are great. If you enjoy working with people this is a great opportunity. I worked at a location where we got a lot of tourists so talking to them was fun. We were a team of about 8 people we got along great. We had two managers, one of them was absolutely amazing. Employee Discounts PTO Career Advancement

Cons

The pay is low. We first had a great store manager, because of the way she led the team everyone got along and when we didn't she would help solve conflicts but then another manager was introduced and ruined the whole team dynamic. She would start rumors so associates would fight against each other. She would spend most of her time on the back online shopping for personal items during her clock in time, and when an associate would come to the back looking for an item that was an expensive item, so the she could get it ready for the customer, our manager would grab it from the associate, go out and take the sale. Multiple associates complained to our regional manager, and nothing was done about it, all the employees left within 6 months after I left. There is opportunity for advancement, unfortunately, the pay is also very low.

Very strict on dress code and training program instructs you on how to dress for your body type which feels slightly awkward.
