Where should I start? Let's see, the management isn't professional at all. The Store and assistant manager expected nothing but the best from all of their employees. A lot of gossip between managers and people from other stores (They fed themselves out of gossip, very unprofessional). Favoritism was indeed present at all times, store manager was very unfair with scheduling people, she would give the top sellers the most hours and that wasn't fair at all. Also a lot of gossip and drama in the store which was intolerant. They called this luxury retail I call it a bunch of bs to bring people in. Over priced cheaply made jewelry, we basically had to lie to customers about the product. If the product tarnished it was their fault not the company's. We had to keep track of a client book, if we didn't have enough clients in a week then you'll get written up. The dress code was ridiculous. This company is ran very badly I do not recommend it all.

Not much diversity. VP's and higher management don't take the time to introduce themselves. I didn't meet the president of our division until a whole year later. Even though we are all in the same building and floor.
