Pros

The product is nice and fun

Cons

Toxic culture, HR is aware of the mismanagement and nothing is done. Even the CHRO is covering up bullying behavior and dismissing it.

Thank you for your review. We want to ensure you that your concerns will be shared with upper management, as this kind of feedback is crucial to the improvement of our company. Equally important to us, is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, heard and listened to. And that they belong. We’re sorry you did not experience that. Once again, thank you for your feedback and wish you much success in your career with Swarovski.

Hard to summarize in few words: simply not an healthy company

Pros

For individuals seeking a stable position similar to a postal service role, this organization may suit your needs. However, opportunities for advancement, engaging challenges, and career development are non existent. It's a setting where one can blend in and simulate productivity through countless daily calls that lack substantive content. Many are part timers and leave at 4 pm.

Cons

- Career advancement: you will only get promoted if a person leave or if you are at the right place at the right time not if you are qualified. but simply because promoting you is much cheaper than looking for external talents. - Lack of talents: benchmarks are very low, people are demotivated and simply are not able to think out of the box, or to go the extra mile or solution driven. - Internal resources: there are no resources, no clear strategy nor process. This leads to lost sales and client frustrations. - Lack of welfare: the company is in the middle of nowhere. company´s welfare? their terrible canteen. Impossible to retain talents. - Leadership: what leadership? with the exceptions of one or max 2 individuals the rest are only thinking about themselves, they are not inspiring nor they know how to empower a team.
