Pros

Good employee discount and the job itself is easy. The stores are usually pretty empty unless it’s busy season so most of the time you aren’t doing much.

Cons

The employee benefits are not good for part time employees. The salary is so low with barely any commission benefits. I worked there for 4 years and every year they changed something about the commission or gifts we would receive from the company.
