Pros

One of the best companies that I have had the pleasure to work for. There is a great sense of teamwork within Superdrug at all levels. Great place to grow your career through the ranks to go as high as you wish to achieve.

Cons

Processes could be made simpler which would help in the stores. The culture is changing and people need to change with that or we are going to lose some great people.

Pros

The people. There is a great sense of team work in Superdrug and a very supportive structure of people from store level through to HO. I have long service and have progressed up from a Saturday sales assistant into a HO field role. Progression opportunities are fantastic.

Cons

Workload can be heavy and you need commitment and dedication to be able to balance with the pressure that often comes from working in this typical Retail environment.
