Pros
The people. There is a great sense of team work in Superdrug and a very supportive structure of people from store level through to HO. I have long service and have progressed up from a Saturday sales assistant into a HO field role. Progression opportunities are fantastic.
Cons
Workload can be heavy and you need commitment and dedication to be able to balance with the pressure that often comes from working in this typical Retail environment.
