Pros

Amazing customers who were really friendly and a good selection of vegan products.

Cons

No contract upon starting work, staff card takes over a month to arrive, low salary, litte things to do, unrealistic targets, unfriendly management, inadequate information about salaries and notice, no mention of terms and conditions, company does not offer adequate education about make up and fragrance.

Staff discount, deal with great products every day, business growing again, some great people to work with, if you are liked there are opportunities to develop, can have some fun

Cons

Business Changes direction too often, get tied up with too many processes, for a beauty retailer not enough women get promoted.
