I have worked for Superdrug for nearly 2 years and I am delighted to say that it is the best company I have worked for throughout my 15 years of working within the HR/Resourcing industry. It's a fun, fast-paced, hard working environment where you feel valued and have 'a voice'. There are lots of opportunities for personal development and career progression within the organisation and you get a huge amount of support from your managers and team. Superdrug is going from strength to strength, the company performance is positive and it's genuinely really exciting to work here!

Cons

There is a massive temptation to spend the majority of your earnings on all the amazing products we have in store! ;)

The biggest piece for me is the culture and the people who work for Superdrug. I've worked in several retail organisations and I can hand on heart say that Superdrug is a great place to work. From the moment you start you are welcomed to the business and to the teams. Its all about team work and you are made to feel valued. But also the opportunities that you are given develop yourself the teams coach and support each other which is unique experience.
