Pros

Good training and development structure with opportunities to progress if you are ready willing and able. Great common sense approach to everything. Most of the higher management have worked on the shop floor and know the job inside out. If you don't know something just ask, there is always support when you need it. Great bonus scheme.

None that I have personally encountered in the last 3 years...

I have worked for Superdrug part of ASWatson for many years The company’s progressive management continually strive to be at the cutting edge of health and beauty retail with new exciting products and have recently expanded their existing E commerce web site by building a automated web site that delivers to all of the UK and Southern Ireland. The company is continually increasing sales and profits year on tear in a very difficult economic climate Superdrug is a great company to work for with good opportunities for people with talent to progress

Cons

Like all large company’s they wound up there final salary scheme Shame but they have replaced with a GPP scheme
