Pros

Generally good, competent employees. Great, friendly people who want to work hard and succeed. Decent work-life balance.

Cons

No strategy for the company to move forward. Continuous power struggle between upper management leads to departments not working together and extremely poor morale. Zero accountability for mistakes-finger pointing is standard. Due to poor leadership and direction, roles and responsibilities are ambiguous which leads to conflict among employees. Employees feel like hamsters on a wheel - simple projects become almost impossibly complicated due to constant changes and lack of agreement on larger strategy.

Pros

You get a paycheck and a minimum number of paid days off.

Cons

The culture there is cold. No accountability, constant turnover, no long term strategy or direction, no focus on employees, no training, no advancement opportunities. Layoffs mean fewer people doing multiple jobs. Keeping your head down and just doing what you're told to do is the only way to survive there.
