Pros

Sunstar group globally has grand vision in the following 15-20 years. If you are looking for opportunity to be part of the family, find a good one that you will be satisfied for a decade or two, stick with it, and you'll be sure to see the reward as the group grows as a whole.

Cons

Unwritten policy of creating position is to fill it and expect employees don't grow might disappoint whomever plan to start from the bottom and work the way up. But it definitely is a good place to plan your retirement because whatever it is now, it will be so until the retirement. Managers/leaders do not work quite together. Turnover rate is extremely two-sides: diligent & intelligent workers do not stick around; the rest stays either still hold on to the hope that might turn into empty dream or just kill time and wait for next pay check. If you already see the world, Sunstar is a place for you to contribute as long as you expect only to contribute, not to have personal growth within this company. If not, highly recommend to stay away from the place where doesn't encourage personal growth/career development as individual.

Pros

Great place to collect a paycheck and not work very hard. If you're in your 50's or 60's, this is the best place to work and take it easy.

Cons

Unbelievable how unqualified most people are for their jobs. Most people working here have been here for a long time because they couldn't possibly be hired anywhere else. Also, too many old people. You don't see very many people in their 20's or 30's working here because anyone ambitious or smart will discover that they are surrounded by idiots and leave quickly. IT systems are outdated and technology is feared.
