A great place to coast if that is what you are looking for.

Cons

Plenty of infighting between department heads leads to a dysfunctional environment with numerous cultural differences between the Japanese parent company and the U.S. division's practices and policies. As the company tries to diversify its product offerings, there have been several mishandled opportunities that have resulted in failure. The company will be embarking on a move to a new facility which doesn't bode well either.The marketing and HR departments are a joke.

great benefits; company very interested in promoting personal goals of the employees. Local decision making makes things move quickly. Flexible management is accommodating to employee's personal circumstances.
