- Have any amazing manager and amazing team, but I'm blessed - Single coverage is a pro and con, it's good because it's just you so it's not super stressful - Pretty good pay depending on your experience - Bonus if you make the week's goal! - Glasses discounts - Occasional free products - Flexible hours - Paid vacation - 401k and other benefits - possible scholarships if you're studying ophthalmology

- Single coverage when it's busy can be stressful, but nothing too difficult - Sometimes goals can be unrealistic - Secret shoppers are hard to please sometimes - Discounts are not amazing, only like 30%
