Pros

This company does not encourage a 'hard sell' (used car salesman) approach to sales. No one likes a pushy salesperson. Also, I'm a goal oriented person who likes a challenge so meeting weekly sales goals is a good time. We don't always make it and if you don't make it you don't get commission, but I think that is to be expected.

Cons

Only part time is available if you are not management.

Pros

Sunglass Hut is a great place to work. Amazing benefits, tremendous growth opprotunity, and we have some of the best customers out there.

Cons

With that being said, they are still a baby company in many ways and have a lot more growing to do in terms of processes, who is in management and their (at times) lack of knowledge and professionalism. Overall a great place to work!
