Pros
The discount it nice and the work load is extremely light. Management really only has to make schedules, month end paperwork and audit monthly receipts. Shipments are small and typically come with new product which is exciting. I had a really great team I worked with which made things more enjoyable. You can be prompted very fast, I started as a pt sales and worked into a Store Manager position within a year. Commission was awesome if you work in a high volume store. Cons
Management Salary is extremely low but the role is essentially a glorified sales associate. payroll hours are very minimal. They had no marketing strategies to bring business in to smaller volume stores which resulted in associates and managers not making goal/commissions. You can work alone and can not take 15 min breaks or lunch breaks (which is illegal) Not a very inspiring place to work I saw some people who did not truely deserve promotions take on larger rolls for being a kiss ass No loss prevention techniques
