You are the business owner, ability to grow with company, in control of hiring, scheduling. Commission plus bonus. Fun merchandise, great discount. Free eyewear on your anniversary. Sunglass Hut is a company with heart, you feel like you are apart of the family.

Cons

You can grow with the company but there aren't many positions to grow within. Starting salary is low, you must negotiate what you want. If you do not make plan, you do not get commission.
