Pros

Great flexibility, commission, and points that can be used to buy downloads, vacations and electronics. Relatively stress free job. The company as a whole is fantastic!

Cons

My district is run by catty women in their twenties. I've been scheduled for ten hour shifts without breaks.( Is that even legal?) When it comes to reviews, upper management tends to form an opinion on situations, due to gossip, without ever consulting the associate.

Pros

Flexible while in school but that was about the only positive thing. Great if you're looking for a flexible job while accomplishing something else.

Cons

No room for advancement and they don't hire from within the company when a position opens up. Upper management (regional managers) tend to micromanage and be incredibly unprofessional. Pay is bare minimum and commission/bonuses promised do not make your salary what they "project"
