Being able to work independently and feel like you are the owner of the store. Great for students. Great employee discounts and gifts. Really try to give you the best product knowledge. Can work at different stores in area to get more hours.

Cons

Horrible hours during slow months. Can be hard to advance within the company while receiving greater pay.
