      Pros

      I really liked selling the product, I enjoyed having the store environment which is 1 person in a store. It allowed me to learn a lot of tasks that I wouldn't have learned in any other retail sales environment. Closing the store up takes little to no time so I didn't have to stay late hours like in most retail stores.

      Cons

      The bonuses are difficult to attain because they require your team to make the total store goal first before a percentage can be given out in incentives.

      Pros

      I worked at the Flagship store so there was an awesome DJ. You meet people from all over the world who are touring Times Square.

      Cons

      Management is TERRIBLE. They don't care about you all they care about is making goal for the day. If you don't kiss up they won't give you hours. If you complain and ask for more hours they'll give excuses on why you can't get more and they'll give you less days. They treat you like garbage and expect great performance. Zero training. Biweekly pay. Management isn't upfront. They like who they like and if they don't like you they will shun you. They will hire new people but they won't even give their current employees hours. 30 minute lunch breaks. The pay is high for retail but you're better off taking a little less pay at another company that will actually give you hours and appreciate your time and contribution.
