Pros

The work environment is not stressful except for the theft. Depending on location you can work with a great team of managers!

Cons

Sales plans and store volume can be low compared to people who have worked in popular retail locations. But traffic attributes to that, prepare for slow days unless at a $750K volume location and higher. Main focus is sales and trying to connect emotionally with as many customers as possible to enhance the selling experience.

Pros

The only pro for me was the small discount off of store merchandise.

Cons

I had a manager who was VERY good at selling sunglasses, however since I wasn't able to sell as many as this manager, I was always being cut down or spoken down to. Very unprofessional atmosphere.
