Sunglass Hut usually provides flexible hours to associates with varying schedules. It is easy to become familiar with the products and the sales experience. You meet many people, and most sales interactions consist of friendly conversation and informally connecting with customers.

Cons

Quality of commission is based on the collective performance of a stores entire sales team. If a store does not make its weekly net sales plan, not even the top selling associates will recieve commission on sales for that week. You will often be the only associate working, which means you are responsible for loss prevention, store cleanliness, and helping multiple customers at once.
