Sullair went from a great place to work to a place that treats you like a subhuman

Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay for the area and industry. Still a few people left who care about the product they produce.
Cons
When United Technologies owned Sullair, it was a good place to work. Values were high and they appreciated experience. Since the Carlyle group and BC partner bought them, it has become the place you hear about when private equity companies take over. There are only a few remaining people that know anything about compressors. Any employee that raises a question about quality, the policies, or decisions are openly told "if you don't like it, then leave". Only join this company as a for-now job. No longer an ethical company.
