Great company, but slow to change

Pros

Sullair makes quality products and takes a lot of pride in their durability. Their leadership team is knowledgeable about the industry.

Cons

Very slow to change. Many people have been there for 20+ years and are operating the exact same way they did 15 years ago. A shake-up is long overdue.

Pros

Solid product with legacy, and a name for reliability. The employees who work there are the important piece that keep the company alive

Cons

Will not take your suggestions, will not train you to the level needed to be successful. No training plans for in house operations. Mechanical engineering teams will not assist on product development and knowledge sharing. The development of product is done with out input from those who work in the field.

Pros

People on the floor are nice, engineers and management believe in running over one another and creating lies to make it happen

Cons

Too many lies when upper management and engineers are concerned. You try to be nice to production and get back stabbed by management...
