Pros

Decent pay, good work-life balance

Cons

Leadership at the director level is consistently poor and one of the company’s biggest liabilities. Many directors lack the basic communication, accountability, and people-management skills required to lead teams effectively. Feedback is routinely ignored, follow-through is unreliable, and decision-making often feels arbitrary or politically driven. The company also does not honoring two-week notice periods, immediately terminating employees after they resign. This practice is unprofessional and short-sighted, sending a strong message that respect only goes one way. It creates a culture of fear, discourages transparency, and damages the company’s credibility with current and future employees.

Pros

Some really great bosses, predictable work levels, nice company events, trainings

Cons

Some of the managers were too political, causing issues in other departments. Sometimes asking for work indirectly instead of through the chain of command. My first boss was great but when he was promoted the team "star" became boss and he had trouble letting other people get noticed. Career momentum slowed down due to him putting his thumb on the scales, so I took another offer and a promotion, promoted twice in the new role after that.

Pros

Very few positives. I would say the starting pay is good and will lure you in but don't expect to make much more than that, even after a few years of service.

Cons

Terrible management, high turnover, low raises, outdated tech and processes on every level, horrible treatment of employees and burnout. Don't expect to grow in the company unless you have nepotism on your side, concerns about working conditions and mistreatment will be largely ignored. Every couple of years a new consulting firm is brought in to assess and make cuts, and then members from that firm are hired in and it's a constant revolving door of failed process attempts and falling short in the industry.
