Pros

Solid product with legacy, and a name for reliability. The employees who work there are the important piece that keep the company alive

Cons

Will not take your suggestions, will not train you to the level needed to be successful. No training plans for in house operations. Mechanical engineering teams will not assist on product development and knowledge sharing. The development of product is done with out input from those who work in the field.

Pros

Work from home however management does not like that. Also if you actually want to make money, this is your only option because you will be underpaid and overworked it stationed in MCI.

Cons

Unclear direction and goals. Management sets a marginalizing tone and does not provide the tools for success and refuses to listen to employees. There is a serious disconnection between service, quality, and engineering.
