      Great company, but slow to change

      Pros

      Sullair makes quality products and takes a lot of pride in their durability. Their leadership team is knowledgeable about the industry.

      Cons

      Very slow to change. Many people have been there for 20+ years and are operating the exact same way they did 15 years ago. A shake-up is long overdue.

      Pros

      Good pay for non union shop. They make your resume look good for future jobs elsewhere.

      Cons

      Back biting & snitches. HR dept. helps management & screws labor force. Coward supervisors that won't stand up for their own labor force against management. Non union shop. Bosses & Supervisors that don't even know their own products. Mechanical Engineers that show no support for the labor force. It's their way or the highway, no room for criticism, or advice. Jealousy among ranks and everyone fears for their job, unless you're a brown noser or a yes man.
