Pros

Excellent coworkers and strong management support. Good benefits with 401k match. With new ownership there are lots of investment in products, personnel, and technology.

Cons

Not many but restrictive IT policies and a few ownership changes. Sometimes sales staff is tasked with too many nonproductive tasks but overall great company to work for.
