      - Good remuneration compared to market competitors - Stable long term brand - Lots of opportunity for exploring new career directions internally - Some positive technology change in mobile banking coming to fruition - Pleasant work environment and colleagues - General desire of employees to make the organisational goals

      - Excessive expenditure on IT with not consummate delivery and speed of delivery - Over reliance on contractors causing loss of organisational memory - Often lacks innovation and rarely first to market - Work life balance can be good in certain departments and then devoid in the next
