Often mired in politics & reorganisations. Appraisal process of staff is not great. Difficult to advance & IT is treated poorly by business.

Good pay, nice people, nice office and location, interesting work and well regarded company in commodities trading world. They seem to be making progress with their systems and processes and have a genuine will to improve things.

Cons

None really. I hope the merger with ICBC goes well.
