Not that big when it comes to compete with the large international banks. You´ll have to replace funding with creativity.

Plenty experience gained - due to the fact that its under staffed and focused on squeezing costs You'll also learn resilience and you'll always be promised hhe next bonus cycle is "the one"

Cons

Culture is toxic and unrewarding Senior management have as much leadership skills as the Unabomber and take zero responsibility for their junior's development, let alone their happiness and work satisfaction
